RETURN/ REFUND POLICY

 

Returns: Easy 7 Days returns from the delivery date.

  • Customer can send return a product within 7 days of the products delivery date. 
  • The return shipping is the responsibility of the customers. We will share a return label if a return is requested. The return label costs $7.95 which will be deducted from the refunds.
  • Shipping is not refundable.

Exchange: To exchange customer can simply place a new order and we will provide free shipping for the exchange orders.

Accepted Returns/Conditions:

  • Products to be accepted for a refund must be in a new condition, un used, with original manufacturer packaging, skus and the tags on the products.
  • Please note if the products are damaged, missing the tags, and damaged manufacturer packaging won't be accepted for a refund. Customer is responsible for the shipping if they want the refused returned items back.
  • Any washed products won't be accepted for a return.
  • Customers must take returns approval before returning the products. To get the approval send photos/videos of the products to our email address.
  • Any products sent without approval won't be accepted for a refund/exchange. Customer must pay the reshipping cost to get the product's back.

    Warranty Claims: 

    • If your product is defective and you would like to file a warranty claim, customer should notify us through email within 3 days of the products delivery.
    • If the product defect warrants a claim and is within the warranty period, we will ship a new product to replace the defective one. Also we will send you return labels to return the defective product. If the original product is no longer available, you can choose a different item of your choice.


    Order Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    We can’t cancel an order once it is shipped.
    An order is considered placed when you agree to purchase and you've got the order number.


    Return or Refusal Of Package
    If you refuse a package without stylefloss.com consent, we reserve the right to charge you any fees that may incur by the shipping company. It applies to the case as well where the shipping address is wrong.


    Return Packaging
    For products to be accepted for returns, please keep all original packaging until you are certain that you will not return the merchandise.

     

    Easy 3-Day Returns/Refunds/Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Products): Defective and damaged products must be notified within 3 days of delivery date. For shipping damage the claim should be handled with the shipper directly.

    Refund Processing Duration:

    • It can take up to 10 business days to issue a refund after receiving your returned parcel.
    • For any refund amount, it can take 2-7 business days to reflect into your original payment method after the refunds has been issued.

    Any defective products returned without notifying us will not be refunded.
